PresetPositions

Apresetpositionisasavedviewthatcanbeusedtoquicklysteerthecameratoaspecicposition.Apresetpositionconsistsof

thefollowingvalues:

•Panandtiltpositions

Presetpositionscanbeaccessedinseveralways:

•ByselectingthepresetfromthePTZPresetdrop-downlistintheLiveViewPage.

•Whensettingupactionrules.Seepage31.

Toaddapresetposition:

1.GotoPTZ>PresetPositions.

2.Clickintheimageorusethecontrolstosteerthecameraviewtothedesiredposition.

3.EnteradescriptivenameintheCurrentpositioneld.

4.Ifrequired,selectUsecurrentpositionasHome.

5.ClickAddtosavethepresetposition.

TheHomepositionisreadilyaccessiblebyclickingtheHomebuttonontheLiveViewpageandinthePresetPositionssetupwindow.

Tosetacustomizedhomeposition,selectUsecurrentpositionasHomewhenaddingapresetposition.Theuser-denedhome

positionwillhave(H)added,forexample,Entrance(H).ThedefaultHomeposition,called“Home”,willstillbeavailable.

Toincludethepresetpositionnameintheoverlaytext,gotoVideo,selectIncludeoverlaytextandenterthemodier#Pinthe

eld.Formoreinformationaboutmodiers,seeFileNaming&Date/TimeFormatsintheonlinehelp

GuardTour

Aguardtourdisplaysthevideostreamfromdifferentpresetpositions,one-by-one,inapredeterminedorderoratrandomandfor

congurabletimeperiods.Theenabledguardtourwillkeeprunningaftertheuserhasloggedofforclosedthebrowser.

Toaddaguardtour:

1.GotoPTZ>GuardTourandclickAdd.

2.Enteradescriptivename.

3.Specifythepauselengthbetweenruns.

4.SelectanavailablepresetpositionandclickApply.

5.SpecifytheViewTimeinsecondsorminutes.

6.SpecifytheViewOrderorselecttheRandomvieworderoption.

7.ClickSave.

Tomodifyorremoveguardtours,gotoPTZ>GuardTour,selecttheguardtourintheGuardTourListandclickModify/Remove.
