SNMPv1/v2providesthelowestlevelofsecurity.Thecommunitynamecanbespeciedasapasswordforreadorread/write
accesstoallsupportedSNMPdevices.ThedefaultpasswordfortheReadcommunityispublicandthedefaultpasswordforthe
Writecommunityiswrite.

IfHTTPSisenabled,SNMPv1andSNMPv2cshouldbedisabled.
TrapsforSNMPv1/v2areusedbytheAxisproducttosendmessagestoamanagementsystemonimportanteventsandstatus
changes.CheckEnabletrapsandentertheIPaddresswherethetrapmessageshouldbesentandtheTrapcommunitythat
shouldreceivethemessage.

SNMPv3providesencryptionandsecurepasswords.TousetrapswithSNMPv3,anSNMPv3managementapplicationisrequired.

password.

systemsandclientsthatsupportthisprotocol.
